Yes! Disco Chicken & Donuts is Knoxville's first fully gluten-free restaurant. Everything we serve—from our fried chicken tenders to our donuts and sauces—is 100% gluten-free and safe for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease.
Where can I find the weekly donut flavors?
We drop new donut flavors every week as part of our 12-week rotating menu! Follow us on social media or check our in-store menu board at Kern's Food Hall to see what's dropping this week.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
While our menu is primarily focused on gluten-free comfort food, we are always working on adding more allergy-friendly options. Stay tuned for vegan and dairy-free specials in the future!

Do you provide allergen information for your menu items?
