Who We Are

At Disco Chicken & Donuts, we're all about bold flavors, good vibes, and gluten-free fun — but let's be clear: gluten-free does not mean flavor-free. We're here to smash the tired stereotype that gluten-free food has to compromise on taste, texture, or indulgence. In fact, many of our guests say it's the best food they've ever had — gluten-free or not.

As Knoxville's first fully gluten-free restaurant, we've built a safe, welcoming space where everyone can dig into crispy fried chicken, creamy mac & cheese, and decadent artisan donuts without a single worry — except maybe which to try first. Inspired by our love for feel-good food and funky disco flair, we're shaking up the local food scene, one flavor drop at a time. Sweet tooth or savory lover, you're part of the party at Disco Chicken & Donuts.
